Mabu Buru Cultural Awareness Training is an Aboriginal-led learning experience designed for organisations that want to do things the right way — with respect, confidence and care.
Our sessions are grounded in lived experience and local cultural knowledge, helping participants understand the ongoing impacts of colonisation, why cultural protocols matter, and how to build safer, stronger relationships with Aboriginal people in professional settings.
This is not a tick-the-box workshop. It’s practical learning that supports better communication, stronger teamwork, respectful service delivery, and more culturally informed decision-making.
We cover clear guidance on country and cultural protocols, workplace cultural safety, engaging with Aboriginal colleagues and clients, and creating an environment where Aboriginal people feel respected, heard, and included.
An optional On-Country experience is available for groups who want deeper context and connection after the indoor session.
